The African American Youth Harvest Foundation was recently featured by KVUE in a story highlighting AAYHF’s partnership with Dell Technologies and the impact of free STEM programming for young people in Austin. The feature, titled “Austin nonprofit, Dell team up with free STEM program,” was published on February 26, 2025.
The KVUE story spotlights how AAYHF and Dell are working together to expand access to science, technology, engineering, and math learning opportunities for students. Through programs connected to digital skills, technology training, and hands-on learning, youth are able to explore new interests, build practical skills, and see themselves as future innovators and leaders.
This work reflects AAYHF’s broader mission to support youth and families through culturally competent, family-centered education, health and human services, and economic development opportunities. AAYHF’s programs include mentoring, workforce assistance, STEM technology, digital media, parent support, and wraparound services designed to help youth and families move toward stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
We are grateful to KVUE for sharing this important community story and to Dell Technologies for helping expand access to meaningful STEM pathways for Austin youth and families.
